Order terms

Placeholder pending client approval.

Every piece is made to order. The design, wording, material, size, price and timeframe are agreed with you before production begins, and nothing is charged before the details are agreed.

Because each piece is personalised, please check your design preview carefully — names, dates and spellings are made exactly as approved.
